Absa Home what a joke!!!

I have never in my life met anyone like Mokhadi... she's made our home loan experience a living . she's rude & every time we have to phone her to find out whats happening, she phoned me to ask if anyone explained how the process works, when I told her no she didn't bother to tell me... when we contacted her after numerous attempts trying to phone the home loan dept at Absa we finally got hold of her & all she could do was sigh... every time we asked her a question she would sigh, is this how Absa concludes business with their clients.when we try to phone her she would say she cant hear us ans put the phone down, then trying to phone back becomes a nightmare because she just doesn't answer. Absa are you aware that your clients don't always know how the procedures work, or what to expect next. we've been good clients paying our bond on time and always paying extra on the bond amount but I have to say that I have never come across anyone like Mokhadi. she obviously doesn't want to help us nor does she feel like helping. she's rude an obnoxious. I'm horrified at the fact that you have staff like Mokhadi who cant even deal with clients. Shocking Absa
