Staff from ABSA rude wants to put the phone down

I have a call from ABSA Vehicle Finance today.
When I wanted to explain something to the lady she raised her voice. As a result I raised my voice too, and she threatened to put the phone down on me.
When I asked to speak to her manager, she told me to call ABSA again, and that she could not put me through at that stage.
