Payment profile on ITC not updated for June

I phoned the Nedbank Personal Loans Call Centre on 26/06 to query if my debit order has gone off and if i was in arrears. According to the lady my debit order went off my account on the 25/06 and my account is up to date. When i pulled my credit report on the 27/06 for the month of June it shows that my personal loan has not been paid. Nedbank can you please update my payment profile on ITC. If i paid and my account is up to date why does it show on my credit report that i have not paid? This is unacceptable!
