We had some problems last year. But I paid up my instalments. Because I didn't want to lose my policy, we had it since 2006. And last week when I got hold of them on another number, they asked me to send them my prove of payment and front page of policy. That told me that somone would contact me but no one has contacted me yet. They didn't bother telling us that channel life is now ancher life. They just said my policy had collapsed after I paid them every month. I called them 3 times and no reply!
