There was debit order for R82.50 that went off in my account. I spoke to Wongezile on 20 June 2013 at 12h55 and he advised that the Policy number belonged to K M Mogosi. I sent an email to Old mutual and asked them to investigate the matter and revert back to me. I have not received any response. I need need a letter stating that the account did not belong to me.
