I had dropped my iPhone 5 and went into MTN to claim from the insurance that I had been paying for, for nearly 3 years. When I went in they didn't know if I was insured with them, which according to my bills I was paying every month.
Apparently when I upgraded my phone and contract, they didn't upgrade my insurance and never let me know about it.

I have now been waiting for almost 2 months for ANYONE to get back to me but still nothing. I have gone into the Tygervalley store almost every week now for the past 4-5 weeks, sometimes more than once a week.
I have emailed as many employees as possible, I have done everything they have asked, and still nothing!
No one can give me an answer! Besides the fact that they can't tell me what is happening with my phone, they have barely bothered to reply to me, given me a phone call or in any way let me know what is happening, even if it was just a pending decision. Worst of all I don't think I've received an apology for any of this. I have spent way too much time on something that could have been so simply rectified.

So all in all I just want to say that they have given me the absolute worst service I have ever experienced!
