I have a vodacom account that I pay to Nimble monthly, I paid my rent by EFT to Nimble in error, I called and spoke to Nashiefah who is the Manager of the vodacom department and explained this horrible error made on my side and asked Nashiefah if she could assist me, she refused blatantly, she requested a few certified documents from me, I said that I will send it immediately, she told me that once she receives the documents, my refund will take up to 2months, I explained to her again, that I needed the refund immediately as it was my homes rent and its due on the 1st October, she had the most terrible attitude and was blunt and made it clear that she couldnt do anything for me! I asked for the FD's name/number, she told me that she is not obliged to give it to me. I felt absolutely sick knowing that she is the manager and that there is nothing I could do. I decided to call again and asked for the FCO (Mr Patrick Smart) what an amazing gentlemen, he helped me within hours and my refund was done without hesitation. Nimble needs more people like him and less of the Nashiefah type. She is a disgrace to the Nimble group... Thank you to the Nimble Finance depart. Patrick, Allison, Balbawa.
