I'm so shocked, its not even funny i have always had great service from African bank. but this was just ridiculous my application being rejected by V.Pateka from cantactability because someone processed my application wrong, because they didn't know nor understand which location "Naledi" or "Diepkloof" falls under. Thank you to itumeleng and Bonolo for your great assistance and can you also assist and tell Thembelihle on this number 011 256 9000 what time are your office hours, the girl didn't know what time the call centre agents were available and to top it off she didn't make any sense in her explanations. the annoying part is that i went there for a piece off mind and all i got was bad service from people who don't know how to use the company's system (hope the will be some training for such). so am i supposed to be inconvenienced because of negligence done by your staff members???
