African Bank has the worst and dumbest people working in their call centre. They do not understand when you are explaining something to them. They have rejected a payment agreement from my attorneys, and the agent has the audacity to tell me that my attorneys will not pay... they do not have the right to tell their customers that they know for a fact that the attorneys will not pay them. How the can you predict the future.
I am very disappointed with the service of African Bank, clearly the agents need some people skills training.
I will not recommend anyone to use their services.
