I applied for a Loan at African bank the Pavillion Branch, my application couldnt be immediately processed because there had to be a subgroup created for my application.

To date the account has not moved an inche from where it was 4 days ago. Im so frustrated, none of the people from African Bank can actually tell what happening. Even the Branch Manager has no control over the process.

I feel like African Bank has no concept of customer services let alone good practice when it comes to handling their own internal correspondences. No one knows what happening with my application and no one can access the people that are delaying it.
