48 hours turn around is now over 96 hours

My mom made an application on the 14th November at Bramley African Bank and supplied all documents required. We have been told that African bank has 48 hours turn around for clients, since thursday until today the application is still saying Pending when the y say. I believe African bank should have calculate logistics involved when dealing with an application than to make empty promises. I made a lona before with ABSA and within the same day the money was paid into my account. Is African Bank playing with my mom because she is an elderly person or are they poor with service in any case, They talk something and act something else.
next time you need to employ people who are deadline driven iAfrican Bank. Must my mother keep on waiting or go else where for a better service?
