Not paying my claim

I sent a release form to the company duly completed and signed on the 13th May 2013 for them to pay me regarding one of their clients trucks that drove into me. I have phoned 17 times to them and they have promised to pay me the next day. On Monday the 24th June I spoke to their Mr Whitehurst again and he promised me to pay on Tuesday the 25th June 2013. I have just spoken to their Mr Mokhele and he intimated that he would go to the accounts department to see why it has not been paid. Fifteen minutes later I phoned him again and nothing has still been done about it.
