BUREAUCRATIC AND INCOMPETENT

I have been trying to get a claim paid from a company called Trust Co, a sub company of Zurich Insurance Company since November 2012.

Eric from Trust Co never returns calls or emails. Firstly, it takes 6 weeks to send out an assessor. Thereafter, a release form was sent to me to sign, to release the money. I signed the release form only to be told that it had to be signed by the company that the vehicle is registered in. Although not sure why they did not deal with the company from the start. The company signed the release letter and sent it through on about the 6th February 2013. My vehicle is booked in to be repaired on the 4th March 2013, and I still have not been paid. Please understand that Trust Co will not pay the panelbeaters, I have to.

I phoned Anton Hollander today (who by the way helped me previously with trying to sort this out) and was told he has been transfered to another department. Am I to under stand that when you get transferred, you dont hand over your files...

I have email Eric Rutter, Anton Hollander, Sydney Ramulongo and Clout Saunqweme, and not one of them have had the manners to reply. Bureaucratic and incompetend should be their add sloga
