I am currently with Nashua Mobile and want to move to Cell C. I was phoned on the 22 June and spoke to Kabelo Maponya. I sent the paperwork to him the next day. I was promised that I would be phoned back. I phoned on Thursday 27 June and was told it is being processed. After pushing the agent I spoke too I was eventually told I had been approved and someone would phone me back. I phoned again the Friday 28 June and was told that phone would be handed to the couriers. I eventually received the phone on Tuesday 9 July. Now my current number needs to be moved from Nashua Mobile to Cell C. I was told at 9:30 yesterday that the number would be moved.By today the number has still not been moved. I am now paying 2 cellphone accounts: one to Nashua Mobile and the other to Cell C. So instead of 1 contract I have 2 and still I am promised that I will be phoned. What terrible service!!! Cell C website says "It's easy to change to us and keep your number we'll do the work call you back & deliver everything to you." What a joke!!! I am self employed and have to keep my number otherwise I would have just cancelled the whole thing by now & gone to another provider. I am very disappointed!!!
