Un around for insurance claim

A phone insurance was claimed after a cellphone was in a locked room an affidavid form was completed and taken to the store and a cellular insurance claim form was filled out on the 14th of April 2013 and on the30 april 2013 a access amount was deposited into the insurance bank account and the call centre is still being contacted and im not getting the same story from all the diferent consutants i have spoken to and the phone has not yet being given to me till today 02 June 2013 and i have benn paying the insurance.please assist
