There was debit that went off in my account and I don't have a policy with Momentum. I spoke to Marinkie who then referred me to the Cape Town Branch. I spoke to Roseline Jacobs and I sent an email and asked them to investigate the matter and revert back to me. I have not received any response. I need need a letter stating that the account did not belong to me.
