ABSA took out an insurance policy on my behalf

They requested a proof of insurance within 7 days, it was sent and now I received an SMS saying my car instalment will increase with R979.68 for the insurance I never agreed on and there's no schedule sent to me. ABSA vehicle finance and insurance are screwing their clients big time.
