Double deduction on final payment

Capfin deducted an amount of R1369.86 on 25/06/2013 they were supposed to deduct R1686.86 on 28/06/2013.
Just received a sms that The R1686.86 wil still be deducted thus making it - R4000. How the does stuff like this happen??? PLEASE enlighten me Capfin. Why don't you keep to your arrangements???
