Insurance Claim not resolved

My boyfriend and I were in an accident over a month ago now. The guy who hit us was insured by your company and thus we claimed a third party claim from his insurance. We have submitted all the relevant documentation they required to submit the claim, and they still are giving us the run around. We have to call everyday with no one to assist us. They refer us to one person who consequently refers us to another. All we want is our car fixed, this has caused a great havoc in our lives. The service here is horrendous. We are tired of calling this person, only to be told that they have gone to lunch, then gone home. Could you guys please assist in who we need to deal with who can effectively assist us. Our car has been sitting at the panel beaters for almost a more than a month now and has caused a major inconvenience in our lives
