I got there @ 9h45 and sat there for an hour before I was served. There was a lot of staff prancing around but when we asked about waiting for so long we were told that there is only one service consultant. When I finally got to that lady she told me that she needed a bank statemt in order to process my request. I had to go to the bank and wait another long queue to get a statement! Now I wanna know y can't one of them help that lady because we all queued to see her! They weren't doing anything busy up and down. Y can't they inform us of what documents we need for our particular needs. I mean do what sars does, when we in the queue check if people have the proper documents! I was 2hrs late for work, this is unacceptable! Customer is queen and today I was treated like a beggar! They couldn't have cared less, the receptionist even told one guy that he's complaining becaused he refused to let an old lady in front of him! Imagine saying a customer s complaining.
