When I was in the store yesterday the system froze and the staff had to reboot the server. I asked the one lady if they had manual documents they could complete and she said no.

I stood around waiting and Davidene was standing in front of me and I asked what do they do if there is a power failure if you don't have any manual documents in place she said that they do have its just that they prefer not to use it, dumb struck I asked why because that 5 - 7 minutes I was standing in the queue they were able to assist and chose not to because its too much work to write out a slip. I said to her it will only be 5 min you will be writing while you wait for the server she refused point black and said her staff will make mistakes so I asked why they don't employee competent people then she replied they do so now Im asking why they cant right out slips because the queue was out the door already she could not answer me, had a attitude and it was not convenient for her to do it.

Bad customer service.
