1st of all the date was the 25th of Jan on a Saturday. Probably the busiest day of the month and there was one teller at the till namely Tshidi. I was in the queue behind one lady who was having problems with her bank card swiping, granted that it is no ones fault and I do understand that, then lady says she will go to the ATM and draw, that also is understandable, however if someone leaves the queue and the store to go to the ATM the logic thing to do is to put her stuff aside and let the people who are in the queue go through until that person comes back, because we don't know how long they will take at the ATM, for all you know there could be a queue at the ATM. After the lady left the store to go to the ATM I go to pay for my Stuff Literally 2 Items, TSHIDI then told me she cant help me because she is waiting for the lady to come back from the ATM REALLY??? I asked her if she is serious? we have to wait for someone who is gone to the ATM and she said "YES" and she was not even apologetic about it. Yes we had to wait for that lady to return from the ATM and TSHIDI still did not apologise for wasting our time. Service we receive in this country, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
