I need the letter stating that i am no longer on

In 2010 i went on debt review with these guys but after 3 months of having experienced very bad service i cancelled evrything. However fnb and some other institutions tsill have me as being on debt review this is a problem as it is hindering me getting a good service from them that isnof benefit to me.

i have just called the call centre and after holding my call was just dropped in my ear.
