Refuse to cancel Debt review and supply settlement

They refuse to take me of debt review! No court order was obtained. i CAN NOT GET THE DOCUMENTS THEY NEED SO THEY CAN'T HELP ME? HOW PATHETIC IS THAT? Fnb or Debtbusters Never closed the account and exuberant additional charges/interests was incurred by me!
DEBT REVIEW is THE WORST OPTION EVER!
