Affecting my credit score

I have being calling the call centre of Capitec as I was under debt review but now I have cancelled my debt review and I want to start paying the loans I have with them as that is ruining my credit profile. I have explain that the debt counsellor that I was with no longer exists and NCR assisted my in cancelling my debt review by issuing me with a confirmation letter. Now Capitec tells me that they want a 17.4 letter which I cant get hold of as I explained to them. Now is need to start paying these loans as they really affecting my credit score...
