Management just as useless as the rest!

Jonny and Kitso promised to get my problem that is now almost a year old resolved immediately. Their response to the mess was that they weren't even going to try and explain but rather to just fix because the whole thing had been dealt with so appallingly. This was on the 10th of June... Problem still is not resolved!

So much for all your promises.
