I have a problem - My main water line has a leakage between the meter and the stop valve - WHO is responsible to get this fixed

I logged a call on Saturday and explain the problem and that my meter is running non stop - I was told that this is not priority and will only be attended to once all others have been resolved

I phoned the call centre on sunday, monday, tuesday and today - everyday i was promised that it would be fixed by the afternoon. So when i just called today i was told that my call was closed and resolved -

Unfortunately you did not come to my house - And the security also not aware that you entered into the complex - I want to know how you fixed it if the water is still outside into the road

The meter is roughly running 20 units of water a day - Tomorrow is day 6 and still not a single reply - I have recorded all the calls where i was promised that it would be fixed the same day

This is utter nonsense and useless service from you! I want a competent person to call me and explain to me how this bill will be resolved cause Im NOT going to pay for this
