Outsurance
Bad service

I had an incident in 2012 and needed outsurance to contact a municipality. Its been a year and the municipality has had no contact from them. I have not been kept in the loop. I have dealt with numerous people that seem incompetent. They never got back to me. I received several threatening letters which I immediately faxed through to Outsurance and they still have not resolved the issue. I have had no contact from them so I am unsure whether the issue is resolved or not. I am very disappointed in their service and I am considering changing insurances ASAP.
