Failing to pay for a claim

On the 15-08-2010 I crashed with my car and it was written off, I was insured by Mi Way and they refused to pay my claim (85735), they claim that I was under the influence, which is not true as I did not even have a drop of alcohol for the whole month prior to the accident, there's no evidence to prove their claim, there wasn't even a blood sample taken to prove their claim, they even had an assessor to call me to try and convince me that i was under the influence at the time of the accident (he said to me even if I admit to say I had something to drink they'll still help me but I refused because I did not drink any alcohol at the time), they then rejected my claim by saying that I was dishonest in my claim. "how do you take a persons hard earned money for over 18 months claiming that you have insured them and then when you have to cover them you sort to underhand tactics" this Mi Way INSURANCE IS A DISGRACE TO SAY THE LEAST.
