On 9 March 2013, I complained because Innovation Group does not respond to my e-mails. I have been given a contact name for future communications. Guess what - my rebate application was not handled properly, and the contact person again does not respond to me e-mails. Don't you think you should refund me what I paid you, since you are not delivering the service I paid for?
