Settled my loan, FNB Still deducts ins premiums

I have settled my student loan in October of 2012 and called the student loan call centre where an operator informed me that the account will be closed 'automatically.' Since that time the account was not closed an it has come to my attention that monthly deductions continued for a "monthly service fee" and the a "CPP insurance premium". To date an amount of R 268.81 was deducted after I was told the account would be closed. I find it troubling and unethical that the account will be left open and that amounts are still being deducted. I want an amount of R 268.81 refunded immediately.
