I have banked with FNB for over 20 years. Our current Home loan is with FNB as well and my husband and I paid off most of our 20 year bond in under 7 years. My husband & I recently put an offer to purchase a property as an investment. Through a Bond Originator, I applied for a bond from FNB. To my surprise, the bond was rejected. What shocks me is that FNB has not looked at my account history - they have treated me like another number. I have emailed several FNB email address (ie [Email Removed] Spadoni, Tarren [Email Removed] Binessaree, Vishal [Email Removed] To DATE no one from FNB has had the courtesy to contact me. Yet, when they want me to take out additional policy, increase my overdraft facility etc - I get harassed by FNB. However, when I need someone from FNB to talk to me about the Bond no one responds. I will now be applying for my BOND elsewhere but FNB can be assured they have lost me as a client. I have two kids - a 6 yr old & 4 year old - I will NOT open FNB accounts for them either. So FNB, you have lost 3 people today. "FNB, how can we NOT help you". J Singh
