Over a month since my last Hello Peter post

Over a month since my last Hello Peter post, with a personal "285907" reference number assigned to me and everything is still not sorted out.

I applied for a revolving loan so that I could close my old bank account, and with many follow ups from my side, it has still not been opened since my application (and approval) over a month ago.

I have now been told I have to re-apply because everything has expired and I qualify for less than I originally did, which would have been enough to close my old account. I now have to go through the whole mission of printing and signing the documents.

What an awful experience the last 2 months have been!
