I lodged a complain on Monday about a dress i bought and the shop refuse to give my Money back! I still haven't heard anything after i left 4 message yesterday Tuesday 25 June 2013 for someone to phone me back and when i ask i want to speak to a manager they just tell me that all the managers are busy but they will definitely phone me??? The person that's suppose to work on this case is Tshgofatso and this morning i tried to phone again for the 5th time and spoke to Ashin and he tolled me all the managers were in a meeting again!!! Maybe someday someone will decide that they feel like following up on cases! We must keep our premiums up to date but when we need your help there is just excuses!!!
