Increased balanced on my statement

I bought my car with MFC and they have now migrated to Nedbank. I received my statement and it's so sad because initial payment of R3979.97 408.48 has been added on my outstanding balance. On my previous statement my balance was R51968.38 and is now mounted to R55539.77 . Do I have to pay for initiation fees over and over again for this loan for long as there is migration taking place of which I don't initiate because clearly is not on my favor? This s not fair at all and I need is explanation from MFC. Why do I have to pay so much money.
