The worst service eve

I am utterly disgusted at the service I have received from Clientele Legal over the past two months or so.
This is in regard to a Labour dispute claim I lodged with Clientele sometime mid January.
After many many cell phone calls, emails with numerous attachments, mounds of documents sent through all at my own expense.
Including complaints lodged raising my concerns at the persieved lack of support, feedback and interest shown by Clientele for my cause.
After all of this and nearly three weeks notice of my hearing date, which was this morning. NOBODY arrived to represent me.
This after been told by Clientele that I would have legal representation.
I was called late yesterday by a Mr. E. Simons who said that he had only just received the appointment as my representative at around 15.00.
He was as concerned as I was at that time with regard to the fact that he knew nothing about my case. The fact that he was given 3 working hours to prepare for my hearing this morning and that my full file of documents had not been forwarded to him. Plus the fact that we had no pre-briefing secessions was a ridiculous situation to find myself in after nearly two month
