Logged complain on the 13th June 2013 on Hellopeter and received a response from Richard Sofisa on the 20th June 2013 to inform me matter is being investigated and will provide feed back as soon as possible (no committment on turn around) subsequent to that I got a call on 25th June 2013 from a Protea Gardens branch manager to apologies for the inconvience, ( NO FEEDBACK PROVIDED) which he failed to do the day before I was in his branch when I complained, NOW WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS THAT WHAT INVESTIGATIONS WERE DONE IF THE ONLY REASSON FOR THE CALL WAS TO APOLOGIES.

Richard note that I informed him that the apology was not good as he had a chance to throw that lame line to me while I was in his branch.

This tellls me that your institution has NO RESPECT AND REGARD TO THEIR CLIENTS WHATSOEVER AND YOU AND THE BRANCH MANAGER TAKE CLIENTS FOR GRANTED AS YOU, YOURSELF FAILED TO GET BACK TO ME AS MENTIONED IN YOUR EMAIL DATED 2Oth June 2013.
