On the 30th of May 2013 I dicovered that there were overseas purchases that were happing in my absa account to the value of R16, 817.53. I went to my branch in Rivonia where i spoke to Ingrid who tried to call their department but no success. I've been to the branch for more than 3 days with no success and no feedback. I also met Greg who also tried to call their but he also failed. I met the third gentlemen Nevan who also tried but failed. Ingrid was the first person. I demanded to speak to the bank manager and i was refered to Bianca. on the 12th June Ingrid reported to me that the case ref No.2368200 was closed on the system and doesnt know the reason why. On the 13th June 11:21 I spoke to Bianca who told me me that she is aware of my problem and she escaled to head office and will feedback to me before end of the day and she did not and she blamed it to Ingrid. On the 20th June 10:55 I called Bianca, left a message to call me back, Bianca called at 12:30 on the same day but with no feedback. On the 21st June 14:45 I called again for Bianca and i spoke to lady by the name of Kuthi, Bianca never called back till today. I did not get any sms notifications for trans
