FNB - Billing just freaking!!!

Good day,

I've requested for my account to be closed at the end of June 2013 after FNB's been helping themselves to my monies. I was at your Southgate Branch with the request for the account to be closed off June 2013 to ensure that all my debit orders have been moved accordingly to my credit card and I've emailed your Southgate branch to get this sorted out. I've been receiving statements from FNB that I owe them R348.00?? WHAT THE?? I need this matter sorted out today and the monies paid into FNB from SARS refunded back to me less your R97.00 for the month of June 2013.
