Bad bad service

Miway seem to have affordable premiums and they are very helpful until its time for them to pay out or assist you with A claim! I registered a claim and ive been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to respond. I dont agree with what the sales lady said I agreed to and I was told that they would listen to the recording... Im still waiting! They have been very unhelpful and im very dissapointed
