Dissapointed

I am very dissapointed with the service I have recieved from MiWay. Getting through on the call centre is time consuming, their call back service takes forever, and no one bothers to inform you of what is happening with your claim. My previous claim took 3 weeks to finalise, my current claim going on 2 weeks, with no feedback from them as yet. I really am very dissapointed!
