Change My Address- Unhelpful and Rude Service

I have spent the last two months trying to get Standard Bank to send my bank statements to my new address. I have been to the bank four times now and every time they say I must bring something different. I have still not managed to get them to change my address. Every time I speak to them they are very rude to me and act like I am inconveniencing them. At this point I do not know what to do.
