Sam got angry when i question how do we know whats written in Response since its Afrikaans and he said he cant read it, but agrees with the statement, not all payments was allocated i told him im not happy and i adviced that he respond to that com and demand explanation of unallocated payments my mom made on their statement, he got so mad that i question the statement and said he should only deal with my mom not me., he rudely and arrogantly chased us out of his Office and said time is up, we drove from so far to be chased like dogs in Scorpion that we pay? im cancelling my Policy, My mom was so hurt and shocked she Cried histerical, that guy is Inhuman and Incompetent, Sies
