ABSA bullying

These people I have been baking with them for a while now and I never had a complaint about them till I no longer became a cash cow for ABSA and now all I seem to get from them is utter contempt. I made an insurance with them after things went south regarding employment, the only feedback I seem to be getting from them is that "we will you over and there is nothing you can do about it".

I lodged a complaint via their action line in which I fully laid out what is happening and what my gripe is and till this date all I have from them is the automated response. Keep it in mind this is after I had phoned them and I had told one of their consultants that I will lodge a complaint and also I will post it here.

I am tired of ABSA and I cannot help but wonder how many other people are being bullied by this company because of its financial resources.
