MFC ripping us off

I tried to contact your call canter this morning with NO success!!! Waited for 25 minutes before putting down!!! Please can you advise on my new statement there is a Initial finance charges of R7609.44. Please advise what this amount is for???
My March statement my balance is R61746.93
Now my new statement received this morning (payments have been made monthly without fail since then my new balance is R67410.34
Please explain ASAP and have this amount reversed as well as my monthly payments from March credited!!!
this is shocking service!!
