I went in to the myersdal branch twice over december with a very simple query, i want my cellphone banking changed over to my new cell number, and my notifications changed so they come through on my new cell number, now i receive my notifications but not my otp codes that are still going to the old number so i can not add or edit any beneficiaries and my cellphone banking is still not sorted out! i have been on the phone with cellphone banking and i REFUSE to come to your branch one more time! get someone to sort out your messes because i am done driving to you at my expense so that absolutely nothing happens!
