King Price Insurance & First Car Rental

I was involved in a small accident on the 28th May 2013 & King price who is my insurer were very quick to assist me I must say, however as the day progressed that's when they started showing their true colours, in my policy I was paying a extra R80.00 for a courtesy car (for 30 days) to which I was giving the run around to get the car & secondly I was told they cant deliver the courtesy car to where I was, I have to pick the car up for myself at First car Rental, I had to make a plan to get to roodepoort from Krugersdorp. To make matters worse no one had actually communicated with me that I was supposed to return the courtesy car on the 15th June 2013, I eventually got a call from First Car Rental on the 19th June 2013 advising me that I supposed to return the car on the 15th & at the time I was not even in JHB so I advised them that the best I could do is to return the car on the 22 June 2013 during this time I had not even received a single call from my insurance & now all of a sudden I've been required to pay R1829.95. My insurance has let me down because all they had to do was to call me & inform me that I was supposed to return the car on the 15th june & that never happened
