Not returning calls & investigation take too long

It took the accident investigator from the 30th of July to the 15th of August to finalize the report and have repairs authorized. King Price did not even call me to update me of the authorization until I called again on Monday the 19th of August. Once the car got to the panelbeaters on Monday/Tuesday (Paint Techniques panelbeater confirmed reception of my car on the 20th of August), and a new quote had to be determined as more damage was discovered.

The panelbeaters then told me parts will arrive after 3 weeks, by then I won't have courtesy car because King Price wouldn't extend the courtesy car.

I need an extension on the courtesy car because all of these delays and abdication of responsibility has left me with a serious inconvenience of not having a car.
