Taking extremely long period to repair vehicle

I received a notification to have my vehicle at Mokar Panelbeaters on the 10th of Sept 2013. I booked it in at 07:30on the morning of the 10th. The accident damage was minor as it was a vehicle reversing that caught the side of my stationary bakkie. The bakkie is used on daily business for work and is one stream of our income. After more than a week I phone to check progress, I was promised that they will phone back but to no avail. A few days later I phone to find plenty of excuses of strikes etc and that Lazarus Motors have not supplied parts. Later I was phoned again as I did not accept this to be told that the parts will be there the same afternoon and that the bakkie will be finished Friday the 20th... 10 days after it was handed in. Needless to say this did not happen. I went there today to check after another promise was made yesterday that it would be finished. It was still not ready and when inspecting the bakkie there were problems with the paint job, this after the bakkie was there for 18 days already???
I find this totally shocking and the service is not what is expected, I would not recommend them to anybody... stay clear.
