Tc Panelbeaters
Car Repair not complete

Last year (2012) I had a car accident while on my way to Eastern Cape but I was able to come back to Joburg (Randfontein) and my car insurance organized a towing service to tow my car from my house to a station where my car will be assessed before being sent to Panelbeaters, my car was then approved by my insurance and they moved my car from the assessment station to TC Panelbeaters which they fixed my car but when I received it back from TC Panelbeaters last year December still, when my car came back to me but didn't have the radio aerial and my aircon is not working at all and there's a noisy sound when trying to open the not working aircon from the inside of the car. I have logged a complaint with my insurance and they said they will log a complaint with TC panelbeaters but they have not come back to me as yet and it is very frustrating because I followed every rule in the book but when they have to rectify my problem they just don't seem to care because they are not the ones who have no aircon but bought a car with an aircon and aerial.
